We believe that Caregiving is a job that requires someone who has a heart for others. We value and appreciate our Care Providers and work hard to ensure a good working environment and competative wages.

Care Providers attend a paid orientation and a Return Demonstration with an RN to familiarize them with our company and their new role, prior to working with their Client. We have office support staff available to Care Providers to help answer questions and coordinate the care between them and their Client.

Requirements for Employment as a Care Provider:

  1. Must be 18 or older
  2. Must pass criminal history background check
  3. Reliable vehicle
  4. Current driver's license
  5. Current auto liability insurance
  6. I-9 Documents - i.e. Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
  7. Minimum three months experience if applying to work with DD Child
