Home Care Is Where The
Is
Residential Habilitation is a service available through the Medicaid DD Waiver. The program helps individuals with Developmental Disabilities lead happy, healthy, community-integrated lives in a comfortable home setting rather than being placed in a facility.
An annually-reviewed plan helps make sure that care is safe, effective and appropriate.
Personal growth and development through skills training is emphasized.
